Emma's weekly skin boost

Once a week (usually on Sunday evening), I treat myself to a little skincare ritual where I show some extra love to both my face and body. I really cherish that quiet moment in the bathroom when I take a bit more time for myself—maybe I’ll do a foot soak, shape my brows, and exfoliate my body. For me, Sundays also feel like a mental reset before the week begins—some much-needed me-time that leaves me feeling calmer and fresher.

I always start by cleansing my skin thoroughly with a double cleanse: first an oil cleanser (Melting Cleansing Balm), followed by a foaming water-based cleanser (Cleansing Facial Wash) to get that truly clean, fresh feeling. Then it’s time to put on a robe, pop on a headband—and let’s go!

1. Exfoliating Enzyme Peel

First, I apply our 1-minute enzyme peel over my face and neck, avoiding the area too close to the eyes. Time to sweep away dead skin cells and bring back the glow. The peel helps dissolve buildup and makes it easier for the products that follow to absorb more effectively. I love that it’s quick—and that I only need to do it once a week. Rinse off.

2. Purifying Mud Mask

After the peel, I apply our deep-cleansing clay mask. With the help of Kaolin clay and activated Bamboo charcoal, it “vacuum-cleans” my pores—without drying out the skin. This mud mask is also packed with hydrating and softening glycerin, pore-refining niacinamide, and soothing oat oil, which makes it feel almost cooling on the skin.

If it feels like too much to do a mask right after the enzyme peel, you can always use the mask on a different evening. But I personally love doing these two steps back-to-back. Leave it on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse off.

3. Smoothing Niacinamide Formula

Once the mask is rinsed off, I apply our Niacinamide Formula—honestly, a magic product. I use Niacinamide daily as well, before my serum and night cream. This ingredient (a form of Vitamin B3) can help balance excess oil and, best of all, improve skin elasticity. After a few weeks of consistent use, many people also notice that pores look tighter and overall texture looks smoother.

4. Repairing Overnight Mask

To finish, I apply a generous layer of our repairing and calming overnight mask over my face and neck. It sinks in beautifully and doesn’t transfer onto my pillow. The mask contains a retinol-like algae extract that supports skin renewal, plus lots of hydration to help the skin recover overnight. Around the eyes, I usually take the opportunity to massage in a richer layer of eye cream for extra moisture.

And then… ideally 8 hours of sleep—the very best beauty tip of all.
