A summer of great skin awaits you

Boost with moisture – all day
My skin often feels dry after a day of sun and sea water. To avoid that tight feeling, I always bring my moisturising facial mist to the beach. It instantly refreshes and moisturises the skin with extracts from Peach Leaf, Raspberry and Cucumber.

Multifunctional SPF
You no longer have to choose between good sun protection or great looking skin. There are a lot of new high tech SPFs on the market that combines high protection with both color and caring ingredients. This one from Dr Dennis Gross contains SPF40 which protects against both UVA and UVB radiation, evens out the skin tone and gives it a nice, healthy glow.

Keep you Overnight Mask in the fridge
If you still end up with a sunburn, try to rehydrate your skin properly and help it to recover. Treatment overnight repair mask is a repairing night mask which through independent studies has been shown to improve skin cell rejuvenation, at the same time as it softens and calms the skin. Store your Overnight Mask in the fridge during warm summer days for an extra cooling effect.

Double cleanse
When it comes to keeping my skin fresh, cleansing is always my A, B and C. Sunscreen and sweat can make my skin feel clogged and impure, so to make sure I get rid of it all I like to cleanse my skin in two steps. I use my foaming cleansing facial wash to work up a nice lather and wash my face, after that I sweep a facial toner over face and neck, to get the last traces of product and restore the skin’s pH-balance.

Don’t forget your lips!
Your lips are very delicate and needs protection from the sun just as much as any other part of your body – if not more. A sun stick or a lip gloss with SPF is a great way to both moisturise and prevent chapped and dry lips.

Amp up your Antioxidants
Antioxidants are key during summer, and there are tons of ways to work them into your routine. Our moisturising serum contains both Antioxidants, which protects the skin from free radicals and premature skin ageing, and Hyaluronic acid, which boosts your skin with well-needed moisture. Don’t forget to fill up on antioxidants from the inside as well. My favorite sources during summer are blackberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Shopping.
If you want to get as much shopping done in as little time as possible you should head to Biblioteksstan. The stores are lined up closely and you’ll find a great mix of high-end and budget, Swedish and international brands. My favourite stops are By Marlene Birger, & Other Stories and Filippa K.

Museum.
I love photo art and Fotografiska always has fantastic shows. This summer I’m going to see “The picture of Greta Garbo” and Bryan Adam’s exhibition “Exposed”. The Modern Museum also has an amazing exhibition signed  Yayoi Kusama right now, which is as amusing for grown-ups as for children. Stadsgårdshamnen 22, Södermalm and Skeppsholmen.
